Listel RUBIS - GRAIN DE ROUGE is made from the traditional fermentation of vatted grapes. The extraction of aromas and tannins is necessary for the structure of this wine.

Listel sand vineyard’s temperate climate allows the fruit to mature slowly, resulting in the good balance and varietals character with ripe blackberry flavours.

A perfect harmony: The Merlot gives this wine its roundness and softness with aromas of red fruits and plum, whereas the Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure to the combination and adds hints of raspberry and violet.

The single variety wine reflects the noble Merlot grape as grown in the unique Listel sand vineyard.

Listel Cuvée Pink is made from pink grape musts with rich aromatic varieties, selected according to their acid / sugar balance. These musts undergo a controlled fermentation at a monitored temperature before their assembly.

With a beautiful pink colour, this rosé wine offers aromas of red fruits with raspberry dominance.

A deep colour with a fine and delicate bouquet. The Cabernet-Sauvignon aromas add a hint of wild notes to this velvety wine.

Clear salmon colour, a red berry and floral nose with pleasant aromas. A balanced, intensely fruity rosé. Pale in color, low in extracts to develop finesse. Slow and cool fermentation at 15°C.
