Elledi started as an artisanal laboratory, with two old ovens in which all types of wafers and biscuits were made (Amaretti, shortbread biscuits, lady fingers, and more). Then, it was developed to reach, nowadays, many types of Wafers of which bags, biscuits, coated biscuits & savoiardi.
